Crazy House is aptly named. It sits just outside of the Soi Cowboy naughty night life area and is easily the most laissez-faire bar in Bangkok.
It was actually not that busy for a Friday evening which meant we could actually move around inside. It is a two level bar with a glass ceiling which makes for entertaining viewing no matter where you are standing or sitting. I got a big hello from 'Chocolate' one of the bar girls I chat with quite often.
While I was chatting with Chocolate, Thavorn was dancing up a storm with a couple of visiting farangs from England who were trying to pick her up. Everybody loves attention and Thavorn is no different and she played them well but did not resort to having them buy her drinks before returning to our group of four.
We passed a quick 2 hours having fun, too many vodka and Red Bulls .... and then decided to take a taxi home rather than walk as we usually do.
We arrived home about 2 am and Thavorn spent some time talking to the toilet before retiring to sleep. That meant I was on Jaidan feedings for the rest of the night so I am a bit grouchy and sleepy ... besides being hung over.
If you are ever in Bangkok make sure you spend some time at 'Crazy House'. Best time to arrive is around 11 pm.
